PRC Industries was founded in 1996 by Arthur Krantz, an industry veteran and visionary who is regularly considered as one of the inventors of the process of remanufacturing consumer appliances. He is now Chairman of the Board of PRC Industries. For over two decades the management team at PRC has been servicing some of the world's leading consumer product manufacturers.
PRC Industries is an industry leader in returned product management, return center services, remanufacturing, reprocessing, repairing and recycling of returned industrial and consumer products. Instead of discarding millions of defective, damaged, and un-repairable returned products into America's overflowing landfills, which cost manufacturers millions of dollars to transport, process and dispose of annually, PRC developed environmentally conscious proprietary remanufacturing, reprocessing and recycling processes with the highest recovery rate of those very products without the use of new replacement parts.
PRC employs factory trained engineers, technicians, machinists, assemblers, and material handlers and warehousing personnel, as well as a full staff of mechanical and electrical engineers who manage and operate the engineering and quality assurance departments.

||Antony Francis joined PRC Industries in July 2015 as CEO. He is an industry recognized leader with over 25 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Returns Processing and Remanufacturing. Former employers include FedEx from 1988 to 1999 where he was Vice President of Logistics and e-Commerce for FedEx EMEA and ATC Logistics & Electronics (now Genco – FedEx) where he was President from 2007 to 2010. He sits on the Board of HOBI International, a premier electronics remanufacturing and recycling business. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK). Bi-lingual in English and French, he is a Vice President of the French American Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member of the Board of Directors of Dallas Opera.

||Kevin has a background of over 30 years of managing the financial stability and growth planning of large manufacturing and retail companies. With over 30 year’s experience in manufacturing and retail industries where Kevin was responsible for designing and building manufacturing, finance and performance management systems for their domestic operations. Former employers include JC Penney, Federated Department Stores, Bristol Myers Squibb, Dawson USA Group, Wolford America, Inc. and Look Inc. Kevin has both his undergraduate and MBA degrees from St. John’s University, Jamaica; NY and is an active member of the Financial Executive Networking Group.

||Ralph Ortiz joined PRC Industries in 2016 after nearly twenty-six years in technologies management roles in the Medical and Advertising industries. He is a highly accomplished I.T. Director providing solutions for mission critical companywide network systems and applications. A successful history of leading team members in infrastructure deployments and enhancements. He is developing procedures for PRC that will improve information, security and business continuity. Ralph’s current focus is in designing PRC’s production processes to improve product remanufacturing, improve the client experience and enhance internal processes for reducing cost and increasing productivity.
