Philosophy

PRC Industries is an industry leader in returned product management, return center services, remanufacturing, reprocessing, repairing and recycling of returned  industrial and consumer products. Instead of discarding millions of defective, damaged, and un-repairable returned products into America's overflowing landfills, which cost manufacturers millions of dollars to transport, process and dispose of annually, PRC developed environmentally conscious proprietary remanufacturing, reprocessing and recycling processes with the highest recovery rate of those very products without the use of new replacement parts.

Team Members

PRC employs factory trained engineers, technicians, machinists, assemblers, and material handlers and warehousing personnel, as well as a full staff of mechanical and electrical engineers who manage and operate the engineering and quality assurance departments.

PRC began nearly twenty years ago under the vision of Founder and CEO Arthur Krantz. Since the beginning, Krantz's interest in the environment has been a major influence of his mission as an entrepreneur. Already a success in the close-out business, Krantz began work to develop a broader, more efficient means of recycling durable consumer goods.

Arthur Krantz and PRC engineers developed a new method of recycling whereby returned products could be "re-manufactured " into high quality market alternatives available throughout North America. In the past 15 years, PRC and its partners have pioneered and revolutionized the remanufacturing industry.

Matias Perel joined PRC Industries in 2019 as President and CEO. After many successes with marketing and digital marketing companies in New York City, building pioneering digital marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies.  Matias has had leadership positions at public agencies such as Bates and Grey Interactive Worldwide and at Organic, a startup that went public; I had decided to become an entrepreneur and founded Latin3 in 2000.

From the year 2000 to 2016, we started building websites, then we added Marketing Programs with a focus on positive ROI. We became one of the first Google Certified companies in the world. We built a robust Social Media business. We became a 360 Agency that integrated TV commercials with Mobile first initiatives. We went the opposite way; from Online to integrating Offline. We Launched Google in Latin America and built a U$ 200 million dollar business for Dell Computer.

Matias's primary focus for PRC is the development new processes and services that benefit our clients while increasing yield and profitability.  The restructuring of business models and expanding the range of services PRC provides to it's clients.  Matias has a long history using the latest technological innovations to improve business practices and plans to revolutionize current re-manufacturing and factory service refurbishment process by incorporating newly emerging technologies for the reverse logistics community.

Ralph Ortiz joined PRC Industries in 2016 after nearly twenty-six years in technologies management roles in the Medical and Advertising industries. He is a highly accomplished directorship providing solutions for mission critical company wide network systems and applications. A successful history of leading team members in infrastructure deployments and enhancements. He is developing procedures for PRC that will improve information, security and business continuity.  Ralph’s current focus is in designing PRC’s production processes to improve product remanufacturing, improve the client experience and enhance internal processes for reducing cost and increasing productivity.

As C.I.O his focus is automating analytical data to determine productivity and profitability for all PRC clients and managerial members.  The standardization of practices across the entire company environment, to change the culture of its employees by providing platforms in which every level of PRC's labor force can function seamlessly for all of PRC’s methods in providing services for its clients.
